Living in Buenos Aires

The city of Buenos Aires is highly dense, so many high buildings are being built in the centre of the city. The purpose was to provide a simple and not aggressive architecture, with a lot of green inserted on the context and in the building itself, allowing it to be an island of breath in the middle of the rush of the city.

The project takes inspiration in the brutalism, famous architecture style in Brazil, and makes simple concrete shapes but with strong personality. The idea is to provide apartments of different sizes and great illumination standards, with big windows that goes from the top to the bottom of the apartments.

The ground floor is two stores high, with common spaces for the inhabitants and stores turned to the street, allowing movement and life to the building.
