ARCHITECT PROFILE
Vitoria Luppi is a Brazilian architect living in Milan, Italy, for four years. During her architecture studies, she has approached with curiosity all aspects of the subject, from the attention to the public and social aspects at FAUUSP (Sao Paulo, Brazil), the world of the construction technology at University of Westminster (London, England) to the intensive design and interiors of Politecnico di Milano (Milan, Italy).
After her studies, Vitoria specialized in the BIM environment, working as BIM Specialist with a design approach and considering the buildings energetic quality. With a 360-degree architecture vision, every single aspect is taken into consideration and integrates the design of a future for the construction that is smarter and more conscious.
ACTIVITIES
architect
The project in all its steps: concept, technical feasibility study, preliminary design, final draft, final design and construction. Registered architect at the Albo degli Architetti di Milano, experience with small and large dimension projects, considering all the details and choices according to the clients’ need. Architectural experience in different contexts: Brazil, England and Italy, what allows flexibility and innovation in every single choice.
BIM specialist
Projects developed using the BIM Methodology in all phases: from the initial idea to the as-built. The modelling respects all standards and procedures, with model management according to each step of the design. Parametric families use, schedules extraction for quantities, project and shared parameters, Dynamo solutions.Experience with worksets use, linked projects, collaboration with Central Model, BIM360, Navisworks and clash detection.
APE certificate
The APE (Attestazione di Prestazione Energetica) will be done through he TERMO di NAMIRIAL SPA, professional calculation sofware certified by CTI UNI/TS 11300/1-2 e 2:2004 and later on registered at CENED. Certification valid for all Lombardy. The certificate is valid for 10 years and i twill be asked from the client the documentation of all the existent facilities and plans. The cost of the right of deposit for APE registration is included. The certification takes into consideration each project and situation.
